Why Are My Folders Blue in PDM?

No, PDM is not sad. You’re just working in offline mode! You may have accidentally clicked on the option on the log-in prompt to activate offline mode or attempted to log-in while not connected to the network.

The video below will show you how to get back online and restore the green folders by either right clicking on a folder and choosing online, or from the tools menu by selecting work on-line.
