To resolve the issue; first open command prompt and type in this line:
"C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE R2026x\win_b64\resources\MSI\SolidWorksR428FD01PP2\hotfix.exe" /reinstall /s /k
If you get errors back, try rebooting and run the command again.

If you are prompted to update again after the most recent update, please attempt the update as it may have resolved this issue.
