How to troubleshoot a "Material not present" error, unload and reload the material using the force unload option.
When you encounter a situation where the model or support material says "Material not present," follow these steps:
- 
Unload the Material:
- First, unload the material from the printer.
 
 - 
Access Material Maintenance:
- Select each material bay icon on the material screen to enter the material maintenance option.
 
 - 
Force Unload:
- Press “force unload” 4 times for each bay.
 
 - 
Reload Material:
- Load the material again and try to print.
