How to troubleshoot a "Material not present" error, unload and reload the material using the force unload option.

When you encounter a situation where the model or support material says "Material not present," follow these steps:

  1. Unload the Material:

    • First, unload the material from the printer.
  2. Access Material Maintenance:

    • Select each material bay icon on the material screen to enter the material maintenance option.
  3. Force Unload:

    • Press “force unload” 4 times for each bay.
  4. Reload Material:

    • Load the material again and try to print.
