How do I fix the "Login failed" error on SolidWorks Connected?
This article will outline the steps to fix the Login failed error when trying to access SolidWorks Connected.
If when you launch SolidWorks Connected, you see the below error:
followed by this error
The following steps will help resolve it.
1. Open a different browser than you usually use to access the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (i.e. if you normally use Google Chrome, Try Firefox) and navigate to your tenant.

Open SolidWorks Connected from the 3DEXPERIENCE platform inside the different browser. If you are prompted to check for updates, click to allow them.
Once Connected fully opens, close it out.
2. Go down to Search on your taskbar and search "Task Manager". After you open the Task Manager, look for any running tasks named "EdmServerV6.exe" and any "ENOUS..." tasks.
3. Open your usual browser and log into your tenant on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Once you are logged in, launch SolidWorks Connected from inside the platform.
SolidWorks Connected should now launch without errors!
