How do I change the 3DEXPERIENCE Administrator?
This article will walk you through two processes to change the Admin of your 3DEXPERIENCE tenant
If wrong user was made admin during the initial set-up of your tenant by clicking the Launch your 3DEXPERIENCE platform link in the welcome email, changing the administrator is pretty simple.
On the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, click members, then click the "i" icon next to the user your name
Next select Settings, then "Replace Me
Finally enter the email address you wish to replace you as Admin.
The second way to change your platform Admin is to change an existing user's rights.
First, filter the tenant's users to display only Members.
Next, go to Settings and change the User Right to Administrator.
