3DEXPERIENCE Connected updates and your 3DConnexion SpaceMouse

Major upgrades to the platform and 3DEXPERIENCE Connected SOLIDWORKS (as well as standard SOLIDWORKS) may cause your 3DConnexion mouse to stop functioning.
We are aware of the current issue involving release dates. 3DConnexion tries to release these drivers as quickly as possible when new software is released, but the function of automatic updates at the year point ("Golden Releases", i.e., SOLIDWORKS Connected 2025x, 2026x, etc.) causes the mouse to stop functioning. You may be without your SpaceMouse for a few days, but a beta driver is usually released within the first few days of a major release.
If you are affected by this, feel free to reach out to us and request the beta driver if the newest driver on 3DConnexion's website is not fixing the functionality.
If you have been provided the latest beta driver, make sure to upgrade to the full release of the driver when it is released in case of any bug fixes.
